Pearl Street Brewery Announces More Fan Favorite Beers Moving to 12oz cans

Pearl Street Brewery will be releasing more of its favorite beers in cans throughout the summer, including its well known Linalool IPA, the only IPA in the world brewed with Northern Discovery® hops. Its speciality fan favorite Raspberry Tambois, originally only available in 22oz Bombers but will now be available in 12oz 4pk cans, and its famous Oktoberfest-time seasonal Lederhosen Lager Fest Bier which Pearl Street has brewed every year for La Crosse’s famous fest since 2001. Lederhosen Lager is a salute to La Crosse’s great German heritage and over 150 years of brewing tradition.

Linalool IPA (Cans available in Late July)

Linalool IPA is made with this rare species of hops, indigenous to Wisconsin, which was discovered growing wild in 2007. The craft beer scene has been buzzing about it ever since. With a unique genetic fingerprint and 2.5 times more of the aromatic terpene, linalool than any commercial variety of hop (7% ABV  60 IBUs).

Raspberry Tambois (Cans available in August)

An effervescent Belgian-style Framboise brewed with yeast and bacteria cultures similar to the spontaneously fermented beers of the Lambic region of West Flanders. This beer is aged on a half-pound of raspberries for every pint (8.0% ABV 8 IBUs).

Lederhosen Lager Fest Bier (Cans available in Aug/Sept)

Brewed with Pilsen and Vienna malts, true German lager yeast, and spiced with paired hops grown in Hallertau. You’ll find this amber beer to be smooth, malty, and easy drinking (5% ABV 11 IBUs).

Other recently released canned beer includes D.T.B Brown Ale, Shitty Lyte, V|O Haze, and Supreme Fatty.

The new beers will be available in La Crosse County stores and in the PSB Tasting Room which is now open and is, of course, taking the necessary COVID-19 precautions as it states on their website:

So we can all be safe, we have social distancing placeholders at our bar, so customers can create a safe space around them wherever they are sitting or standing, we have hand sanitizer and masks available, and we’ve gone hog-wild on the cleaning and sanitizing of our Tasting Room.’

Carryout and curbside options are still available and encouraged.
