Can Release: Java Lava Coffee Stout and That’s What I’m Talkin’ ’bout Organic Rolled Oat Stout
Pearl Street Brewery will be releasing two fan favs in cans this month. Java Lava Coffee Stout and That’s What I’m Talkin’ ’bout Organic Rolled Oat Stout. These two beers have been extremely popular on draught and in bottles for years. The ongoing transition to cans over bottles is part of Pearl Street’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.
“Cans are no more or less recyllable than bottles are; however, they are more likely to be recycled than bottles are. They also tend to provide some other benefits in keeping the beer fresher for a longer time” says Pearl Street Founder and Brewmaster Joe Katchever.
Other recently released cans include Rumpshaker IPA, Linalool IPA, the brewery’s famous D.T.B Brown Ale, V|O Haze, Supreme Fatty, and their popular traditional light lager, Shitty Lyte Beer.
That’s What I’m Talkin’ ’bout Organic Rolled Oat Stout
This Rolled Oat Stout is a full-bodied black ale, inspired by the industrial rail systems that plows through Wisconsin. It’s chock full of organic rolled oats, chocolate and black malts and a variety of hops. And even with all that, it won’t weigh you down at 5.5% ABV 14 IBUs
Java Lava is dark and delicious! This stout is brewed with an infusion of fresh, locally roasted Guatemalan coffee beans from our friends at Bean Juice coffee roasters. The dark beans are steeped in a rich, chocolaty stout until optimum flavor has been reached. You’ll find fresh coffee aroma with roasty, toasty undertones. The buzz is, it’s great! 5.5% ABV 14 IBUs
