La Crosse, WI: Pearl Street Brewery has recently expanded its operations to include a full-service tap room, now offering mixed drinks alongside Pearl Street Brewery house-made beers, and Turisimo Winery & Fermentations wines, ciders, and seltzers.

This expansion was made possible due to recent changes in Wisconsin law, allowing the tasting room at 1401 St Andrew St, La Crosse, WI 54603, to offer a wider variety of beverages.

Other news: Moon Tunes, a free Summer concert series began again this month. Pearl Street Brewery continues its tradition of raising funds for Moon Tunes. The weekly concert event is held every Thursday afternoon in Riverside Park. Pearl Street Brewery has been involved with Moon Tunes since its inception, selling locally made products and donating proceeds to support the event and its hosts, Valley View Rotary Club.

Initially, donations raised by Pearl Street Brewery provided the seed money needed to renovate the stage and build the beautiful awning in Riverside Park, where bands perform each week.

Pearl Street Brewmaster, Joe Katchever says, “the first year we went down there we just brought a bunch of beer and shared with everyone so they would have a good time and to raise awareness for the show.” Ongoing donations from Pearl Street Brewery help fund the free, weekly concerts in the park.

Katchever, states, “We are proud to have worked alongside the Valley View Rotary volunteers to launch Moon Tunes and keep it a free community event. We are heavily invested in Moon Tunes because it brings people together and builds community in La Crosse.”
