Big Bluff Comedy is proud to present nationally touring comedian Geoffrey Asmus. Geoffrey began performing stand-up in 2013 immediately “after wasting $143,548 in college”. Within a short time he won Comedy on State’s Funniest Person in Madison 2015 and Penguin Comedy Club’s Funniest Person in Iowa 2015, both times “beating out the guy who invented meth, Quentin.”

Soon after, Geoffrey was selected as a ‘New Face’ performer at Just For Laughs Montreal and was featured on FOX’s ‘Laughs’ and Kevin Hart’s LOL Network. He has also performed at the Laughing Skull, Bridgetown, Limestone and Boston comedy festivals and won 3rd place in Atlanta’s 2017 Laughing Skull festival. Geoffrey has opened for Brian Posehn, Aparna Nancherla, Todd Barry, Daniel Sloss and Alonzo Bodden among others.

Parking is available directly outside the front door of Pearl Street Brewery (PSB) within the gravel lot or on the nearby streets. Attendees are asked to not park in the adjacent blacktop parking lot, vehicles will be towed, see parking map here.

Big Bluff Comedy Presents Stand-up Comedian Tony Deyo | November 23, 2019

Big Bluff Comedy and Pearl Street Brewery are happy to present standup comedian Tony Deyo on November 23, 2019.

Tony Deyo is a stand-up comedian known most notably for his sharp, quick material and near-perfect comedic timing almost certainly gained from his years as a professional symphony musician. New York City’s Village Voice calls him “one of the tightest joke writers in the business.”

In 2013, he made his late night television debut on CONAN. Within a year, he had added appearances on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live, and Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen. His latest album, Comedy Road Trip, landed on the Billboard Magazine comedy chart, and debuted as the #1 selling stand-up album on iTunes. With over 50 stand-up clips available, he has steadily become one of the most prolific comedians on YouTube.

He performed at the prestigious HBO Aspen Comedy Festival, was named one of the year’s best by the New York Post, and can be heard regularly on SiriusXM Satellite Radio.

The shows will take place at the Pearl Street Brewery Tasting Room on Saturday November 23. There are two shows, 7:00 and 9:30.

Advanced purchase tickets are recommended as shows often sell out. The early show is $15 while the late show is $13 and $10 for Students with an I.D. Tickets at the door if available are $20 for the early show and $15 for the late.
