ON3 Print and Design and Pearl Street Brewery are kicking off springtime with the Sprout for Kids Foundation Chicken Q  from Pogy’s Catering to help provide critical support to La Crosse Community organizations.

The Chicken Q taking place in the Pearl Street Brewery Parking Lot, from 11am-7pm aims to sell 500 meals. Guests are able to pick-up in the parking lot at Pearl Street Brewery.

Sprout for Kids Chicken Q

On Thursday April 1, 2021, Sprout for Kids Foundation and Pearl Street Brewery are kicking off springtime with the first of the season Chicken Q from Pogy’s Catering to help provide critical support to La Crosse Community organizations.

The Chicken Q taking place in the Pearl Street Brewery Parking Lot, from 11am-7pm will be benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse, and The Center: 7 Rivers LGBTQ Connection. With most nonprofits providing services, funding has been impacted greatly by a reduction in giving due to COVID.  The event aims to sell 3000 lunches/dinner to offset some of these past years’ costs. Guests are able to stay in their cars for a drive-through pick-up or may visit the Pearl Street Tap Room.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse is a safe place for youth from all backgrounds to learn and grow, with special concern for those from challenging circumstances. The Clubs provide the opportunities and resources for youth to carry out their dreams and goals. We want to inspire our youth, impact our youth, and also invest in them for years to come. We want our Clubs to become the backbone of their existence and success.

The Center: 7 Rivers LGBTQ Connection

The Center is a non-profit, run mostly by volunteers striving to make the world a better place for LGBT people and their allies. Through advocacy, programming, and outreach, we hope to make our 11 county area a better place.

Hops and Hot Rods: Charity Car Show 2020

Pearl Street Brewery Announces Save The Date For Hops and Hot Rods 2020

Pearl Street Brewery, Koenig Performance Body & Paint, Inc. and the Sprout for Kids Foundation is hosting the 2nd Hops and Hot Rods Saturday July 18, 2020 at the Pearl Street Brewery.

Hops and Hot Rods will feature a car show, food trucks and live music. Proceeds from Hops and Hot Rods will benefit the Sprout for Kids Foundations.

Registration is currently open for showing vehicles; the event is open to all models and makes of cars. The deadline to submit a car is Friday June 26, 2020 and cars can be submitted HERE.

Pearl Street Brewery announces Business Feel Good Fridays Initiative

Pearl Street Brewery is now offering businesses the opportunity to participate in “Business Feel Good Fridays” on-site at their business.

The partnership through the Sprout for Kids Foundation, would involve the sale of Pearl Street Brewery beer on site at partner businesses with the proceeds going to an agreed upon charity in the La Crosse area.  Business partners are asked to match the amount that is donated from the event.

Sprout for Kids has donated to over 60+ La Crosse area charities.  Participating businesses may choose any local charity that they wish the funds to benefit.

Much like a casual Friday for staff and employees, the events are a community based partnership that would shine a light on local businesses, focused on offering a fun way to raise funds, build team and employee rapport and get exposure on community efforts by local businesses.

Pearl Street Brewery Sets Dates for Bikes at the Brewery in 2020

Pearl Street Brewery is hosting its annual Bikes at the Brewery Saturday March 7, 2020. This Annual Sprout For Kids Foundation Fundraiser is an invitational motorcycle show, featuring hand built motorcycles from small and independent builders including showcasing a few vintage motorcycles.

About Sprout For Kids Foundation

Sprout for Kids Foundation is a LOCAL non-profit that raises money and goods to be donated directly to families, schools, and organizations in La Crosse and the surrounding area.  As of 2017, the foundation has been able to donate thousands of dollars directly to those in need on behalf of Pearl Street Brewery and On Three Printing & Design.

Sprout for Kids Foundation’s Poses & Pints looking for Community Nonprofits

The Sprout for Kids Foundation’s Poses & Pints is looking for nonprofits in the La Crosse Area, to apply to partner in a local weekly fundraiser through yoga & beer throughout 2019-2020. 

For $10.00, and led by local yoga partners, participants to the weekly Saturday events can relax and refresh with this gentle yoga class in the warm, friendly and authentic atmosphere of The Pearl Street Brewery. All skill levels welcome for a flowing yoga class; and after class, participants can enjoy a pint with fellow yogis and friends (21+). 

Poses & Pints events, taking place at Pearl Street Brewery, have raised thousands of dollars for local charities. Since 2009 Pearl Street Brewery, in conjunction with On Three Printing and Design, has been raising funds for La Crosse area families, schools, and organizations through the Sprout for Kids Foundation, hitting over $30,000 raised for the community in 2018.  

Nonprofits who would like to become one of our fundraising partners would be required to share information about the event raising funds for your organization. Help us bring more people to your Poses and Pints fundraiser through your organization’s social media and e-newsletter channels.

The Sprout for Kids Foundation and partners is proud to announce that they raised $894 in the first quarter of 2019 throughs its Poses & Pilates events taking place at Pearl Street Brewery, with 100% of the proceeds being donated to local charities including Essentials Health Clinic and New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Centers, Inc.

About New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Centers

New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Centers is the only shelter within a 65-mile radius of the City of La Crosse. It’s a shelter for individuals and families who have experienced domestic and sexual abuse, was organized in 1978 through the cooperative efforts of an informal group of citizens in the La Crosse area who recognized the need for services to victims of domestic abuse. The organization and mission has grown substantially since that time, now reaching out to victims of sexual abuse, human-trafficking, and more. New Horizons is on the front lines advocating for and helping victims with many issues that some people may think do not exist in our community. August of 2018 marked 40 years of serving the community

Pearl Street Brewery to Release Spring Seasonal Beers & 2018 Sprout For Kids Foundation Fundraising Numbers

La Crosse WI, March 2019: Since 2009 Pearl Street Brewery, in conjunction with On Three Printing and Design, has been raising funds for La Crosse area families, schools, and organizations through the Sprout for Kids Foundation.  They are proud to announce that they reached a milestone of over $30,000 raised for the community in 2018.

Planning efforts are underway for 2019 charitable events and Pearl Street Brewery is currently announcing their upcoming Spring beer releases available regionally next week and at a special event at the Root Note.

Releases include Rumpshaker IPA, a seasonal New England Stye IPA which is hoppy, hazy and unfiltered along with their sour Spring ale – Pop Gose, a light and refreshing beer that is flavored with hibiscus and lavender flowers and cucumber and has undergone wild, spontaneous fermentation with native microbes found in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Pearl Street Brewery will be showcasing Pop Gose at a special 90’s themed party at the Root Note (115 4th St S, La Crosse, WI 54601) with DJ Dill, taking place Thursday March 7 from 6pm-8pm.

About Pearl Street Brewery

Pearl Street Brewery has been creating award-winning craft beers in La Crosse, WI for 20 years.  Their beer can be found in restaurants, bars, and retailers all over Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.  Brewery tours are available every Friday and Saturday and patrons can visit the Tasting Room Tuesday through Saturday.  The brewery plays host to musical groups, yoga classes, fundraisers, and many community events.
